Cerrigwen Cottage is a lovely semi detached property situated up a private drive, just 200 yards from the popular beach of Little Haven.
A very similar design to the sister cottage Highbank but with a right hand - side layout this cottage is accessed via a upvc full length glass door.
Kitchen : Recently renewed the kitchen is well equipped it has a fridge with a small freezer section, oven, hob, microwave, toaster along with a range of cooking equipment.
Living room / Dining area : An open plan carpeted room that has a large 'L' shaped sofa that can quickly be changed in to a comfortable king sized sofa bed, A wooden rocking armchair, A flat screen TV with built in DVD player, Dining table with seating for four.
Bedroom : Double bed, wardrobe, and bedside shelves with a lamp.
Bathroom : Also recently renewed there is a walk in shower, heated towel rail, an extractor fan with a sink and toilet.
Heating throughout via central heating.
Outside : There is an enclosed patio that has two wall seating benches and a patio table with bench seating, please note the patio is shared with our adjoining cottage Highbank.
Prices includes : Bed linen, WiFi, Pets, Electric, Central Heating, and car parking in a private car park for one car below the cottage.
Please note the cottage is in an elevated position and accessed via some steps.
