Highbank Cottage
Highbank Cottage is a lovely semi detached property situated up a private drive, just 200 yards from the popular beach of Little Haven. A very similar design to the sister cottage Cerrigwen next door but with a left hand -side layout. The cottage is heated throughout via central heating and there is car parking in a private car park for one car below the cottage.
Living Room
An open plan room with wood flooring that has a large 'L' shaped sofa that can quickly be changed in to a comfortable king sized sofa bed, A wooden rocking armchair, A flat screen TV with built in DVD player, Dining table with seating for four. Front door is a spilt stable door.
Kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped it has a fridge with a small freezer section, oven, hob, microwave, toaster along with a range of cooking equipment.
Bathroom
Recently renewed there is a walk in shower, heated towel rail, an extractor fan with a sink and toilet.
Bedroom
Double bed, wardrobe, and bedside shelves with a lamp, all bedding is provided.
Garden
There is an enclosed patio per cottage that has wall seating and a patio table. Please note the cottage is in an elevated position and accessed via some steps.
